Baptism cleanses us from original sin, makes us beloved children of the Heavenly Father, and makes us members of the Body of Christ. The Church encourages infants to be baptized within the first several weeks after birth.

For information about Godparents (Sponsors), please click here. This PDF includes the requirements for serving as a Godparent and is to be completed by each Godparent and submitted to the parish office (or at the baptismal preparation meeting). A baptized and believing Christian not belonging to the Catholic Church may act as a Christian witness along with a Catholic Godparent, at the request of the parents. 

We will also need a copy of your child's Birth Certificate. Please plan to bring it to the bapismal preparation meeting that will be scheduled after you complete the form below. Thank you!
