Event Requests

Interested in hosting a personal event (wedding recetion, baby shower, graduation party, etc.) at Good Shepherd? Please complete this form to request your event. Below is the process for requesting and reserving spaces at Good Shepherd. Event reservation is not complete until a Facility Policies & Rental Agreement has been signed.

 

Step One

Interested Party completes online event request form.

Step Two

Good Shepherd reviews request and if the request is suitable, provides Facility Rental Documents to Interested Party with confirmed event information completed.

        *Request must be approved by Pastor (and school principal when applicable)

        *If a different date, time, etc. is needed, Good Shepherd will work with the Interested Party to find a suitable solution. Then continue with the above process for step two.

Step Three

Interested Party completed and signs all relevant and required documents within the Facility Rental Packet they received. Interested Party returns completed documents (see below) to Office Coordinator.

        Required Items to be Completed & Returned/Submitted:

  • Signed Facility Policies and Rental Agreement
  • Signed Facility Usage Liability, Indemnity, and Damage Agreement
  • Certificate of Insurance OR Special Events Coverage Application
  • Catering insurance information and/or liquor license permit (if applicable)
  • Damage Deposit
  • Rental Fee

 

If you are requesting use of the entire Social Hall (A, B, C, & Kitchen) or large parts of the Social Hall (A, B & Kitchen), please review the below diagrams and select the preferred layout for your event. You will be able to submit your preferred layout via the Event Request Form linked above. This choice will be passed along to our Facilities Manager in order to accurately set up the space prior to your event.
