Baptism at Good Shepherd

Baptism cleanses us from original sin, makes us beloved children of the Heavenly Father, and makes us members of the Body of Christ. The Church encourages infants to be baptized within the first several weeks after birth.

To begin the process for having your child(ren) baptized, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

For information about Godparents (Sponsors), please click here. This PDF includes the requirements for serving as a Godparent and is to be completed by each Godparent and submitted to the parish office. A baptized and believing Christian not belonging to the Catholic Church may act as a Christian witness along with a Catholic Godparent, at the request of the parents.

General Information

About the Child(ren) to be baptized

We've baptized twins and triplets, but never quadruplets or more. We've also baptized two or three siblings at a time. If you are looking to have more than three children baptized at the same time, please contact the parish office directly.

Please note: We will need a copy of each child's birth certificate.
